When are my samples delivered?

If you live in Southern California, your first sample will be delivered within 3-7 days depending on availability. If you live in Northern California or any other state, your first sample will be delivered within 7-14 days. You’ll be able to schedule your exact delivery date upon confirmation. After your first review, new products will be scheduled based on your delivery preferences and your delivery frequency. Plus, you can pause your membership at any time.

No, you just need to be 21+ years old to join. If you’re under 21, you’ll need to be at least 18+ with a doctor’s recommendation for medical cannabis to join.

Our friendly delivery couriers will deliver your samples at the date and time you specify when scheduling your delivery.

No! We make it super easy by giving you ample notice ahead of your planned delivery window. You’ll receive a tracking link on the day of your delivery. If for some reason you can’t accept your delivery, just click the chat icon, and you’ll be able to delay or reschedule for a future date (we only ask that you do it as soon as you know you can’t make it).

Yes, couriers arrive in plain vehicles. However, some of our products and Your HIGHNESS packaging is brandedand our delivery drivers will leave your samples right on your doorstep or mailbox with no signature required.

At this time, our review program is limited to one free sample every week.

In every product sample, you’ll get up to $35 worth of products to enjoy.

The product curators have analyzed over 1 million product reviews to identify the best brands and products. All products undergo a rigorous review process. Curators individually test and score every product based on a number of factors to identify the best samples for you to review.

Easy peasy — head over to your sign up form and select your delivery window preferences in the “Notes” section. Once selected, we’ll serve you the closest delivery days available based on your preferences. It’s super simple 🙂 Keep in mind that once you’ve scheduled your delivery, you can easily reschedule or delay it. To reschedule a delivery currently in progress, you can quickly do so from your homepage on the chat icon.

For Club Membership orders, there is a $20 purchase minimum, and purchases must not exceed $250 to avoid a $10 delivery fee. The delivery cost for Your HIGHNESS product review samples is only $9.95 + $2 service fee.

No!Taxes are not required for our club members.

Yes!We do allow you to tell us your specific preferences regarding product & strain type! From there, our curation team will customize it for you. You’ll also be able to choose specific products you want to purchase from our wholesale marketplace. We plan to allow deeper customization in the future, but right now, this is how we can drive down the overall cost and help you save big!

You sure can! Once you complete your third review, you’ll be able to access discounted products as add-ons to your order, or you can place a separate order from our members only menu to be delivered separately! Pick from items that you loved in previous samples or try something new. Any membership purchases will be billed separately from your samples and payment is captured at the time of purchase.

If you are otherwise unhappy with any product you have purchased, please contact us at and we will do everything we can to make it right. We must receive notice within two (2) weeks of receiving your products (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). Due to cannabis regulations, refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Your HIGHNESS only works with licensed brands, manufacturers, distributors, and operators who pass all DCC compliance standards for delivering fresh, safe, clean, and authentic cannabis products.

All sales are final. Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to Your HIGHNESS or any Your HIGHNESS brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products or are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt).

There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of your Subscription renewal. This means that you must cancel before the billing date for your next Box. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Please note, future scheduled orders are not automatically cancelled. Once payment has processed, we will be unable to provide a refund. We will provide a credit to use on our online marketplace for the amount charged. If you wish to cancel any future dated orders before they are billed, please email us to process the cancellation.

To cancel your Subscription, please head over to our chat icon. Then connect with our reps in regards to your membership and you’ll be able to cancel from there. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of members we can serve each month due to the curation and personalization we put into each sample. If you choose to cancel your membership, you may not be able to reactivate immediately unless we have open membership spots available. In the event you cancel and want to re-activate, you will be re-positioned at the back of the line until we release new membership spots in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; we want to give everyone a chance to become a Your HIGHNESS product reviewer.
